Valid Driver's License

21 years of age with an Avis or Avis-Honored credit card
Drivers aged 21 - 24 are subject to a $27/day young driver surcharge

25 years of age when presenting a Debit card. Debit
cards must have either the MasterCard or Visa logo. A minimum hold of
$300 will be applied to debit card rentals
Quoted rates do not include optional insurance or applicable location
taxes.
Daily rentals are based on a 24 hour period. Weekly rates are based
on 6 or 7 consecutive days rental on one island only.
Late Return Charges: Rates are based
on a 24 hour rental period. Late returns are assessed an hourly charge
at a rate equal to 1/2 the daily rate up to but not exceeding the daily
rate.

| Optional Insurance |
| Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) relieves the renter of all financial
responsibility for loss or damage to the Avis car as long as they comply
with the terms of the Avis rental agreement:

| Partial Damage Waiver (All Car Groups): $7.99/day |
| Additional Liability Insurance (ALI) provides additional protection
for bodily injury or death and property damage and increases the limits
to one million dollars: $13.95/day |
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) provides accidental death and
emergency medical expense benefits to the renter and all passengers in
the Avis car: $4/day Plus package $7/day

| Personal Effects Protection (PEP) insures the personal belongings of
the renter and the immediate family members who are traveling with the

Economy through intermediate rentals are eligible for an upgrade coupon. Present the
"Upgrade Coupon" when you pick-up your car and you will be upgraded to
the next class at no additional charge. Based on availability at time
of pick-up. Coupons are valid at participating Avis locations only.
Coupons are subject to verification at time of rental. Coupon may not be
valid during holiday and other blackout periods and may not be available
on all rates at all times. Not valid with one-way drop off services.
