"Sorry to write you at home, but that's the email address I had. Just wanted to let you know that making arrangements for my car with Thrifty Rentals was great. Was picked up at the airport by standing on the street and waiting for the van. By the way, there is no phone in the inter-island terminal coming in from Molokai to call for a van, so, I just waited on the road. Didn't have to wait long and the van arrived. The complete services at the rental agency was great and very friendly. However, I do have one comment to make for the future. I should have mentioned that I did not want a car which has been driven by smokers! It was really stifling. I am a 100% disabled person with a lung problem and driving that car, which I didn't realize how bad it was until I turned the air condition on and sat while driving out of the lot. By then I didn't want to return and get another car. I believe they would have changed it for me. Just thought I'd make note of the incident to prevent any other people's comments. I know now to ask for a car without smokers. That is such a necessary thing for me. Anyway, mahalo for the services and I will return to Thrifty." Pat B. HI
